Aluminium

Still in use today, this particular exterior staircase was built as an exposition piece at our workshop in 1988. After a quick jet wash, one can only appreciate how well safety has been preserved over time.

Steel

On the contrary and for obvious safety reasons, we were recently asked to replace this old steel staircase for a client of ours. Although the stairs had been repainted at some point, rust still had a devestating effect over time.

  • No maintenance required;
  • Long lifespan of over 30 years;
  • No harmful oxidation: anodization protects the material even in relatively aggressive or marine environments.

  • Modular, meccano-style assembly;
  • No welding. Easy materials processing on site, if necessary;
  • Well adapted for transport. Approximately 3 x lighter than a similar construction in steel;
  • The maximum amount of assembly having being done in the workshop already, installation on site is fast and organized.
