For a safe access to your ladder

Our aluminium balconies facilitate the way on the evacuation route by providing a safe access when fire escape ladders are too far to reach, or when access from a window or the roof gutter is considered dangerous.
They are also used for accessing heights safely in the industry for maintenance and servicing purposes.

JOMY balconies are constructed from standard components and are adapted to the building in accordance with safety requirements. They are modular and bolted together like a meccano set. They are supplied ready-to-assemble and designed for transport.

Support structure

Access balconies can either be:

  • Suspended from the facade: mounted on brackets,
  • Self-supporting: mounted on columns.

Guardrails

We offer two types of structures, each providing maximum amounts of fall-protection:

  • FU: vertical bars,
  • BP: parallel bars.
  • Guardrails made to your design and taste.

Guardrails can be custom-made to include a removable section or self-closing gate.
In order to allow for an easy access to the ladder, part of a guardrail can also be replaced by a removable chain.
Skirting boards can be added around the bottom of the platform to increase safety if necessary.

Flooring

Our anti-slip floors can consist of:

  • Five-bar pattern diamond plates,
  • Perforated plates,
  • Gratings.

Paint job

Your access balcony can be factory painted in any RAL color of your choice by polyester powder coating.
